- Our automatic shipping policies are set up for all order under 2KG. These are done based off the actual price of the stamp + 50p to cover materials, if you think that there has been a error somewhere, message us and we can confirm or edit the costs for you.
-All payments must be paid within 21 days of order, although we do NOT have automatic Neg so if you by some reason need some more time to pay. Message us, we're all humans here and circumstances can change, we'll sort something. No /payment after 21 days will result in Neg .
Shipping:
-All parcels are sent with either Royal Mail for small orders or their courier service Parcelforce for larger orders.
-We aim to get your orders in the post to you within 5 working days.
-All parcels are hand made with up-cycled INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH cardboard, we take this cardboard from companies that move fragile computer and machine parts. Better for the environment, better for your vinyl/Cds, better for everyone.
-All parcels are covered for the full amount by us, so if your parcel doesn't get to you. You are fully covered and will get your money back.
Refund Process for Lost Items:
If your item has not arrived to you by 2 weeks (UK) or 1 month (Worldwide) please us and we will put a lost item form with our postage company,
They will do an investigation if they claim is true, this could take up to 28 days but normally takes closer to 10, if they claim is true they send me a cheque
at which point I will refund you. I'm also happy to update you on the refund process at any point.
-We include bubblewrap in all parcels and are happy to make special requirements if need be, just message us.
Returns:
- We are human and occasionally things can go wrong, but we are 100% committed to correcting our mistakes and are happy to offer a range of compensation options if your item is not up to your standards, including full refund for returns. All we ask is you message us before leaving Neg so we can fix any mistakes.
