I do not grade items at MINT, rarely do I list them at NM. I undergrade everything as a rule to prevent issues. If there are noticeable flaws that I see (if there are seam splits, bends, etc. I try and list that in the notes.) As most of the items are stored off site I more than likely will not be sending pictures.
All open records will have the record shipped outside of the jacket sleeve. If a record is sealed you will be asked if you would like it opened to be shipped outside of the jacket. I am not responsible should a seam split occur on a sealed record if you decline to have the record shipped outside of the jacket, no refunds will be issued due to this.
