Handling
We use professional record mailers with filler pads. LPs are housed in clear plastic sleeves, and all used LPs are removed from the cover and placed between cardboard inside a firm cardboard mailer for maximum protection and to prevent seam splitting during shipping.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE rates vary from country to country. While you can be rest assured that our packaging is careful, please note that damage, loss or theft in transit is always possible, and in the case of some countries even PROBABLE. To discuss this potential problem and ensure flawless delivery, please us BEFORE placing an order. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. WE RECOMMEND that you pay for USPS International Priority Mail or International Express mail when making a payment in order to obtain tracking information, which is NOT available for First Class International shipments.

DOMESTIC PACKAGES can be shipped Media Mail, Priority Mail or Express at the choice of the Buyer.

At the discretion of the Seller, records over a certain value will NOT, be shipped without tracking AND insurance, for both domestic and international packages.

All items are guaranteed to be a represented by grades in the item description posted. Should a buyer feel the product received does not meet the stated item description, a full refund including return postage will be provided. Buyer must first seller to make arrangement for return shipment. Refunds will be made only after return shipment to, and re-inspection by the seller. We are not financially responsible for mishandling of parcels by the postal service.

Grading
Each of our records (and covers) are carefully inspected and thoroughly cleaned by hand. Any and all flaws are posted within the item's description in relationship to our grading guidelines as shown below:

Mint (M): This is a grade that won't be used unless the record is still sealed.

Near Mint (NM): This record shows no obvious signs of wear. A record that looks like new. The jacket may show only light wear with minor scuffing and/or edge-wear. The jacket will not have seam splits, folds, or cut-out holes.

Near Mint Minus (NM-): This record won't be perfect and may show very minimal signs of use. This is a record that may have been played but was handled with extreme care. The jacket may have light scuffing and/or edge-wear, minimal creasing, promotional cut-outs or cut corners.

Very Good (VG): This record will show more signs of wear. Surface scuffing and light scratches will be much more visible. Surface noise will be more noticeable. Record labels may have writing, or stickers attached. The jacket will have scuffing and edge-wear and may have seam splits, ring wear, turned-up corners, and cut-out holes. Jackets may also have a previous owner's name or other writing.

Good (G): This record will have even more wear with significant surface noise, scratches, and possible groove wear. However, with all of these defects described, the record should play without skipping. The jacket may have seam splits, ring wear, turned-up corners, and cut-out holes. Jackets may also have a previous owner's name or other writing.
