Buyer to pay all shipping costs. Payment within 4 days please or order will be cancelled and item will be relisted unless you request more time to pay.

Items valued up to 20 UK Pounds do not need insuring (unless you request it) as they are automatically covered by the Royal Mail

All items valued over 20 UK Pounds and up to 50 UK Pounds will need to be sent insured - this will be added to total. ( An extra 1.10 UK Pounds in the UK and 5.00 UK Pounds elsewhere)

Items over 50 UK Pounds will have to be sent "Royal Mail Special Delivery" for orders to the UK - we will advise total.
Orders outside the UK for items over 50 UK Pounds and up to 250 UK Pounds will need to have 7.50 UK Pounds added to total postage cost.

Double vinyl records and cds may cost extra to post. Bulky / Non standard size items may be extra cost - we will advise of cost.
Discounts on postage (where possible) when multiple items are purchased.
We try to ensure postage costs are kept fair and to a minimum BUT we do not compromise on packaging just to achieve a lighter parcel and cheaper postage. We do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you in the condition it left us.

UK deliveries are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail (unless you request otherwise). We get certificates of postage as proof the item has been shipped.
International deliveries are sent standard Airmail (unless you request otherwise). We get certificates of postage as proof the item has been shipped.

We are not responsible for any applicable customs charge, taxes and duties. It is the duty of the buyer to check out if their country charges these fees.

Any claims for loss or damage to be made by the buyer to Royal Mail. I always get Proof of Postage to assist with any claims. (Please be patient, this could take days to reach a conclusion)
If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, You may return the item within 10 days of receipt (and at your own expense) and upon return, I will issue a full refund. (I will not be held responsible for return postage).
