1. Priority Swiss Post: Priority post WILL NOT provide you with Track & Trace capability so once shipped we will not be able to know where your package is and when it will get there.

2. Priority Swiss Post Track and Trace: MUCH FASTER service and WILL provide Track and Trace up to the package leaving the Buyer's Home Country Distribution Center (No delivery confirmation). to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, , , Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Ireland, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Canada, Japan, Hog Kong, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Uruguay. For ALL Other Countries NOT listed above, Track and Trace is used as proof of shipping and to determine when package left Switzerland.

In BOTH shipping cases above, the risk of Loss, Damage, or Theft during transport remains your responsibility. Should you wish to purchase coverage up to 150 Chf for your order please let us know, and we will be able to provide you with a quote.

We can guarantee to you that your purchase is going to be processed within 48/72 business hours from your payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For Priority shipments without a tracking number:
The package is not insured.
The buyer chooses this shipment and will be solely responsible in case of loss, damage or theft.
By making the payment, the buyer accepts these conditions.

To avoid these risks I advise PRIORITY SHIPPING with a tracking number and signature upon receipt.

If you do not accept these conditions please do not make the purchase.

I try to be clear with the information. With Priority shipments without a tracking number shipping you do not know if I send the LP, I do not know if you have received it and in no case the postal company takes charge of a loss. (This only leads to problems) For that reason I strongly discourage it. Anyway, you can make the purchase and select this type of shipment and assume the risk. So far 99% of shipments have reached their destination.

RETURN POLICY:

No refunds are accepted in any case and there is no guarantee of the items sold as they are used items.

In the exceptional case of not complying the vinyl with the quality described in the announcement, the return will be accepted. In this case the amount of vinyl and shipping, will be paid after receiving the package returned by the buyer and after ing, for my part, that the vinyl does not really meet the characteristics described in the sale.
In the event that the vinyl complies with the description of the ad, the amount will not be refunded, and if the customer wishes again the Album must pay the amount of the shipment again.
Customs amounts are not covered under any circumstances.
