Unfortunately due to Discogs decision to charge commission on postal costs I have had to make a small increase in my post and packing charges. They are still low and pretty much at cost in most cases. If the postage looks too high please check with me that it is correct.
High value items will be sent by Recorded or Signed for post, this will be £1.10 extra for UK. Special Delivery insured post is also available, cost depending on weight.
Tracked services are more expensive please me first if you require this.
Packages to some European countries have been incurring excessive duty charges I have no control over whether or not these are applied.

If the postage costs seem high please check this with me as automated shipping is not always accurate.
All records sent via Royal Mail in industry standard mailers. Bulk orders are carefully packaged in parcels or boxes. If you are ordering more than one item I will always check to find the cheapest prices for postage. For orders greater than 2 kilos please me for a tailored price as sometimes alternative lower cost carriers can be sought.
High value orders will be sent by insured post.

I can send photographs or audio clips for any of the records offered for sale. Please e-mail me if you require this.
In most cases items can be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Payment should be made within 5 days of receiving invoice.
I cannot be held responsible for items delayed or damaged in the post. Items are always securely packaged.
I always obtain proof of postage so that you can claim for items lost in the post in the very rare cases when this happens.
You must retain all original packaging for items damaged in the post before a refund can be made as without these a claim against the carrier cannot be made.
I will only grade a record as mint if I know for certain it is unplayed or in the case of a CD still factory sealed.
CD jewel cases are not graded.
Please me before leaving if there is any aspect of your purchase that you are not happy with.

Please note Fatpack cd cases cannot be sent as large letter but will need to go as small parcel due to width.
