LPs are shipping in protective outer sleeve. Everything is ideally packaged for protection.
I ship LPs by low-cost AIR to Canada (with tracking) and internationally without tracking.
Please let me know if you would like the item tracked and/or insured. I always take a photo of the item in the post office with all the applicable postage labels and stamps as proof that I have shipped the item. Sometimes an item will take an inordinate length of time to arrive, please try to be patient.

Record grading is usually visual as it is difficult to find the time to play every item. Most of the items on inventory are pre-owned - I will report if posters and/or inserts and/or original inner sleeves are present.
