SHIPPING INFORMATION
Buyer pays shipping.
Domestic 12" vinyl and album orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service in QUALITY card mailers with card stiffeners. However, if the order is too large for a mailer, vinyl will then be shipped in an appropriately sized box with packaging, as are large overseas orders. All overseas orders are shipped TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR with QUALITY card mailers and stiffeners. Please ask us about EXTRA insurance for rarer/more expensive items, as insurance can sometimes be under the value of your purchase. 7" vinyl is shipped in QUALITY card mailers with stiffeners. CD's/cassettes are shipped in either packaging and a mailbag or posted in a bubble wrap/padded lined jiffy.
Double pack/triple pack vinyl/CD/cassettes count as the corresponding increments for postage weight (if you order 3 records and 1 double pack record, that counts as 5 records for postage).
We only ship to addresses on your order. If you'd like a different address please cancel the order and place a new order.
OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW
We try to listen to most of the vinyl and CDs before they leave here so that they are checked for noise/clicks/jumps/skips, with any issues surrounding noise/clicks/jumps/skips, do us immediately to resolve the matter asap. I give VERY detailed critiques of any imperfections of all the vinyl/CDs and sleeve conditions that leave here if there are any imperfections at all that is.
Unlike American releases, MOST U.K. and some European 12" records in paper disco bags/picture sleeves are not manufactured and shipped from the factory with inner paper sleeves. If the outer sleeve is one such form of packaging, please do not expect an inner sleeve from us, they don't fit inside anyway! Where paper inner sleeves are provided, these are NOT graded. However, the condition of unique/birth inner sleeves with artwork, lyrics etc, will almost certainly be mentioned in the description if there are splits, tears, large creases, imperfections, etc.
When grading CDs and cassettes, the plastic cover is NOT graded and only the CD/cassette, labels, and inlays are graded.
CD's are listened through, cassettes are graded visually.
