Shipping

It is my philosophy to treat customers the same way I would be expected to be treated myself.
I will endeavour to ship the following day Monday to Saturday.

I try to grade our records as accurately as possible and avoid using Mint grade unless the record is brand new.

For used records, I always try to grade conservatively. I grade many records, sometimes not in the best lighting conditions and occasionally I miss something. I usually give the record a full test before posting. If I consider that the record is not as good as the grading I will offer a partial refund or give the buyer the option to cancel the order. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your record, please me BEFORE LEAVING . I will always do my best to ensure that problems are resolved promptly and amicably.

If you are not happy with your purchase I will offer a full refund if the record is returned within 7 days. Full postage rates/returns details below.

Postage delays/ loss:

In order to declare an item lost, we must wait a certain length of time determined by the Royal Mail after the shipping date.

For UK orders, parcels are considered lost 12 working days after shipping date.

For international orders, parcels are considered lost 27 working days after shipping date.

If it reaches this time, we will refund the order or send out a replacement.

Returns:

PLEASE NOTE: Please me before you return any items.

If you change your mind, you can return your order to us within 7 days of receipt.*

*Bear in mind that if there is nothing wrong with the record/s, you will be responsible for the return postage cost, please note that I photograph records prior to posting.

For any faulty/damaged items:

a) You can return them to us for a full refund. We will also refund the cost of your return postage. In order for us to do this, please make sure that you take a photo of the postage receipt. For UK orders please send them back by 2nd class standard. For international please us.

b) If you’re happy to keep the record, we will offer you a percentage discount as a refund depending on the severity of the damage.
