International tracked deliveries (insured to 50 GBP) - 4.50 GBP additional to basic charge

Standard UK delivery AND regular international airmail delivery are only insured to 20 GBP.
UK Tracked 24/48 and international tracked airmail are insured up to 50 GBP
All items or parcels over 50 GBP in value MUST be sent using insured post. In the event of a lost or damaged item we will only pay compensation up to the insured value of shipping

Please note, we must be informed within 35 days of shipping if an item has not been delivered. We are not responsible for missing items after this time.

Customers must inform us of damaged or faulty items within 7 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence, or the country in which the package is received. Please your local postal service for details of these charges before you order.

Return Policy
Any item may be returned if we are notified within 7 days of receipt as per the UK distance selling regulations. Any item damaged, lost in the post etc will be refunded up to the limit of the insurance provided by the shipping company for the shipping method chosen. Note the UK post office only offers 20 GBP insurance on untracked inland and standard airmail deliveries, and trackable delivery needs to be chosen if greater insurance is needed.

For damaged items we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt. If a customer wishes to complain an item has not been received we need to be notified within 35 days of shipping date.

If an item received is defective, i.e. does not play without skipping or similar, we will be liable for return postage if we wish it to be returned. This does NOT apply to grading disputes - we will always endeavour to be as fair as possible with gradings, but bear in mind the vast majority of our stock is secondhand. If a customer wishes to return an item that they feel is overgraded (i.e. they feel the sleeve is VG+ as opposed to NM) we will fully refund the amount paid if notified within 7 days and the item returned, but will not be responsible for return postage.
