BUT, we do want to take responsibility on a fair level — IF AND WHEN, a lost parcel is inevitably certain, we ask that you reach out to us for an amicable solution: either a reshipment if there are still stocks, OR a 50% refund on the cost of the cassette tape without shipping costs.
CANCELLATION
IF an order has been paid for, and you want a refund - We will refund the order MINUS the PayPal fee.
