Due to the large number of items I have for sale, from time to time, some items may get lost or misplaced. If this occurs, you’ll be notified, and/or if you paid already, a full refund will be given. Please do not order from me if this is not applicable to you.

Happy to send Items or items in a large letter if possible, so you will save on postage but you will not receive a tracking number (inbox me for more information or I can let you know when I'm processing your order), any saving I can make for you on postage using large letter format postage and/or economy air postage (1g to 500g) and I'll refund you the difference before posting your item(s).
Please note that packages will be taken to the post office to be shipped once a week to streamline processes. Therefore, your parcel will be tracked from the shipping date, not the ordering date. We encourage you to purchase an express option if you require your parcel urgently. Please chat with us if this is the case or your concern.
