QUESTIONS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS: So that all communication is in one place, order the items but DON'T PAY untill you are satisfied. We Will Not Give Negative If You Choose Not To Proceed With Payment.

→ Items match images when listed, unless noted. If known, unique pressing identifiers are noted.
Matrix runout etchings, identifiers and #s may differ if not noted. Please ask questions BEFORE YOU PAY.
If original inner sleeve, inserts or anything else isn't mentioned or graded, it may not be included.

→ Records are Packed Outside the Cover in Boxes Made For Records with Stiffeners and or Bubble Wrap. CDs and tapes packed in sturdy carboard mailers.

→ Cassettes & CDs: Cases not graded but they get thoroughly cleaned with alcohol and all price tags, tape residue gets removed.
Damaged or cracked cases get replaced unless low priced. Sealed or unique cases may get a replacement case as well.

→ We are REQUIRED to use PayPal ship-to address if used.
→ MAKE SURE YOUR DISCOGS ADDRESS MATCHES. We may use this one on occasion. If we use your Discogs address and it is wrong, we are not at fault. If you want to ship to a different address; change the address before payment, then change them back after payment.
→ RETURNS: Accepted within 7 days after received. We re-check before shipment, but even then we are human. Please allow us to fix issues before you leave .
→ DELAYS: Unless we have shipped to an incorrect address, there is NOTHING we can do about shipping delays.
→ We are NOT responsible for missing or damaged packages.
→INSURED OR FASTER SHIPPING: Ask for it before you pay. Media mail for U.S. and First Class International is used by default.
→ We usually ship within a day or two, occasionally up to a week.
→ Buyer pays return shipping unless wrong item was sent. Factory sealed items must be returned in same condition.
→ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Are responsible for customs, taxes, import & currency conversion fees. Must have Paypal name and address in Roman caricatures. We can not print label till it is changed. If we have to refund you to change it, cancellation fees will apply.
→ $8 + 5% of total cancellation fee deducted from refunds if we are NOT at fault.This pays for extra work involved plus non refundable Paypal fees.
