We grade visually, if needed audibly and conservatively. All used records are cleaned with the Knosti antistat recordcleaner before selling.
All orders that are not paid after 4 days will be automatically cancelled.
Please wait until you are invoiced with full shipping charges before doing the payment. Shipment will be handled as fast as possible.
We ship to the shipping address known by Discogs (not the paypal address).
We always send parcels with 'ed track and trace' or with orders more then €100,00 in total we send with 'insured and ed track and trace'.
If you don't want this ed or insured shipping, let us know. Then we use 'standard shipping‘ without track and trace. Beware: this is for your own risk! We are not responsible for parcels not being delivered/getting lost or being damaged.
When correctly addressed parcels get sent back, for whatever reason, the buyer has to pay postage again if that’s needed.
Only insured parcels are refunded when getting lost or damaged.
We pack strong in cardboard boxes fit for the amount of records that need to be shipped.
To prevent seam split(s) we always send 12"/LPs in a protective sleeve and remove the inner sleeve and put it "on top" of the sleeve (all inside the protective sleeve).
Seam split = side(s) of the sleeve split open. When shipping a vinyl inside the original sleeve the vinyl can slide rather heavily during shipping which can lead to that one or more sides are split open (more or less) upon arrival.
With sealed items we have to crack the seal and remove the record(s) to prevent sliding of the record(s) during shipping. The record is still unplayed only the seal is open. If you want an item to stay sealed during shipment, let us know asap and we will pack the item sealed. If any damage occurs during shipment it's on your own risk with no refund from us.
Because we are also a physical shop it sometimes happens that an item has been sold in our shop on the same day a Discogs order is placed. We will send you a message if a situation like this occurs before invoicing. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and try to unlist every item sold in our shop directly on our Discogs page.
