Orders are shipped 1-3 business days (M-F) after the day of payment. For example, if you pay on Friday and it ships on Monday, that is 1 business day.

Items damaged or "lost" are only covered if insurance is purchased.

After you place your order, you will receive an invoice. Invoices not paid within 14 days will be canceled and re-listed.

All records are packed well in new LP mailers. I use recycled boxes (ie. Amazon) for CDs and 45s and recycled cardboard for inners. RRR :)

Returns are accepted on Mint, Near Mint, and VG+ records.
All records graded VG or below are discounted greatly and therefore not eligible for return.

All the vinyl are cleaned with ultrasonic cleaner multi wash . Inner sleeves will be replaced if ripped or damaged.
All used CDs are rip tested 100%
All used cassettes will be rewound to starting position and the first 30 seconds will be play tested.

We have had few returns in all the years & 1000's of records sold.

If there is a problem with your shipment, please me first. It may take some time to get back to you but we will resolve the problem.

Mint is sealed or pristine, with no scratches or marks. .
Near Mint will have no audible marks or defects to the vinyl and maintains its original luster. Very minimal handling. It will look almost new.
VG+ is a nicely used, good sounding record with minimal wear, possible superficial marks, or occasional light surface noise.
VG record will have light surface noise and visible scratches. Still a very playable record.
Good+ & Good records are listenable but will have significant surface noise. Not for the discerning audiophile, but rather to cheaply fill in a collection.
Fair is barely listenable & Poor is okay to look at but not listen to.
