We offer a full replacement guarantee on physical defects such as scratches or bad warps. All defective records must be returned, the buyer is responsible for the return of the item (shipping cost with adequate insurance and online tracking). If the LP can't be replaced we offer credit towards other titles.
The replacement of defective LPs can be expensive (shipping costs) so we encourage buyers to take advantage of our free inspection service. We would basically open the LP and examine the record for physical defects such as scratches and obvious warps. This is beneficial to the buyer preventing unwanted returns and satisfaction with the product received. If the buyer doesn't elect to have their order inspected the shipping costs relating to replacement (both ways) will be the buyers responsibility. Let us know if you want your LPs inspected when you place your order.

All used records are visually graded which is accurate over 90% of the time. We offer a full guarantee on records that don't match the visual grade given in the listing. All defective records need to be returned and if the title can't be replaced we offer credit towards other titles. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (with adequate insurance and online tracking) relating to the replacement. Cover grading is very subjective and our grading is based on a general overview scan of the cover. Minor issues like writing and price stickers will not impact how we grade it.
