I pride myself on having good customer service. Please be patient, I am a one man business. All orders are pulled and shipped out as fast as I can in the order received, generally within 1-5 business days (excluding holidays) after the item is marked paid. Once again, please give the postal service a reasonable amount of time to deliver.

I do my best to describe all cassettes accurately, as well as note all cutouts/writing on label, and grade the cassettes accurately and conservatively.

Ratings are based on physical condition of the tape and j-card itself, not the audio quality. I play test all my tapes when the order is made and before I ship, so if the audio quality is unacceptable I will alert the seller and refund accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

* I only will ship to your Discogs address! If your Paypal address does not match your Discogs address, you might want to update it.

* All cassettes are shipped in new bubble package w/ additional padding or a box if you are considering purchasing more than a few tapes.

* If you have any special shipping requests, please let me know upon paying for your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.

* Delivery confirmation is included in the price of your order.

* If you are not happy with shipping rates, all orders may be cancelled.

* I offer insurance on all packages, it is your responsibility to ask me to include insurance in your shipping quote ---i f you do not ask me for insurance, I am not responsible for any damage caused by the post office. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please note that insurance means we have to declare the actual value of the orders.

* You have 30 days from ship date to me about any problems with your orders. I reserve the right to demand the item(s) be returned for a full refund if the customer has any problem with said item(s). No returns or refunds after 30 days from ship date. Buyer pays return shipping.

* No refunds on sealed tapes or CDs. Since there is no way to test a sealed tape/CD, if the buyer unwraps the tape there is no guarantee of the quality of buyer's equipment. Buyer accepts all responsibility once the seal is opened.

* I am not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged by the courier if you do NOT purchase insurance.
