1/ i ship twice a week ( only Monday & Thursday) to the post office around 2pm - greenwich meridian - then i communicate the tracking link
i also ship via Mondial Relay ( the economic shipping ) also, so if you order shipping via Mondial Relay fro , Punto Pack for Spain, Hermès for etc.. ( in some countries like , it is delivered at home directly ), please communicate the place to be delivered, otherwise i will choose a deliver point next to your adress.
Then when i come back from the post office i provide to you the tracking link the same day - i always send with tracking -

As i mentioned it above, i always send with tracking, so once the paquet is at the postal office, i communicate to you the tracking number, which refers to a link that you can monitor;
Sometimes, postal services is 1 month to deliver from to Neighbour countries ( it already happened) because of customs, they can take time to scan paquets; so i don't have to justify of late shipping - i don't work at postal services - and nobody will help us, because postal agents have the same tracking information as you & me, in reality, there is no magic information or magic someone behind his desk who tracks your parcel. People who work at custom services never communicate, and it is impossible to reach them. The parcel moves less or more quickly from a place to another; so please refer only to the tracking link - i won't refund your order or justify late shipping before from 40 to 45 days max for Europe / 55 days outside Europe - Please keep in mind that parcel never disappeared, it is only late sometimes, and the worst is that sometimes the information regarding tracking link can be delayed due to website malfunction or other events which can occur,and on which i don't have controls ...so you have to understand it and be patient ;-)
Maybe you wonder why the tracking doesn't move since several days ? You ask yourself why it is stuck ?
No, it isn't stuck, one of the reason is that the paquet wasn't scanned at a place, thousands of paquets go across automatic scanners and sometimes the barcode is hidden by other paquets... IN FACT it is just an information pb, not a transit problem, furthermore there are other plenty reasons, maybe customs etc..
so DON T WORRY all paquets are in transit and they will arrive in your mailbox.. when you order outside my country , it can take 15 days, 20 days, 25 days to arrive so please DON T SEND ME MESSAGES if paquet was sent 5 days ago outside my country because it takes more than 10 days easily.

If not in Mint condition, vinyls are graduated sonically : first we wash it with a ClearAudio Smart Matrix, then we listen to the record and then we graduate. For example, if a record looks Near Mint but has some soft crackles, we graduate it as Vg. For cover, you can ask for photos if cover is Near Mint or less. A "generic cover" is an innersleeve
here are my gradings ( vinyls = cds ) :
A "generic cover" is an innersleeve
MINT / MINT : sealed, perfect item. If the item bought to a distributor or a label, maybe it might not be sealed, it can happens, however vinyl / cd was surely never played and stored in a protective plastic sleeve
NEAR MINT / NEAR MINT : record has no sign of use, plays perfectly. Sleeve is not sealed but it has no sign or very few sign of use.
VG+ / VG+ : Vinyl has some superficial surface marks however it plays perfectly. No crackles at all or very rare & soft. Sleeve has some sign of wear, nothing torn.
VG / VG : Vinyl plays with soft and few crackles, soft pops, especially on quiet areas. Vinyl has lots of superficial surface marks. Sleeve has some signs of use, very little parts could be torn or fold.
G+ / G+ : Vinyl plays with crackles all long, moderate pops, music is still enjoyable to listen to. Vinyl doesn't skip but has a lot of superficial surface marks. Sleeve has severe signs of use, is worn.
G / G : Vinyl plays with severe crackles, loud pops and can skips. Sleeve is damaged
Fair / Fair : Vinyl is a piece of plastic, and will play with a lot of crackles. It's not enjoyable to play, vinyl only for decoration. Sleeve is very damaged. Lots of parts are torn or heavily fold.
