Taiwanese buyers
For local sales (within Taiwan): Residents of Taiwan can us (in English) for domestic shipping quotes. If paid by cash or ATM, the shipping fee will be calculated by Taiwan Post and we will add a small surcharge to cover shipping materials. It will be substantially less than shown on your invoice. There will be no refund of the listed shipping fee if you pay via PayPal.
Please send us your shipping address in Chinese.
Payment MUST be made by ATM or cash.

Any payments received via PayPal without prior to confirmation from us will be considered acceptance of the outlined below, and acceptance of the price paid. Refunds are only made if the item is unavailable.

If a refund is requested due to cancellation of an order before it is shipped, the amount paid will be returned to you less a 10% restocking/istration fee. which is why we say DON'T PAY AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL YOU US FIRST.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:

EXTRA ITEMS: Please understand that extra items such as OBI, inserts, OIS (inner sleeves), posters etc... are NOT included if they are not mentioned in the item description. This includes CDs that originally came with vinyl albums. If they are not mentioned in the item description, please consider that they not included. Unless specifically mentioned in the item description, promo items that may have originally come with the item are not included.

CDs
Please note: All our CD are stored and shipped without jewel cases except for items in digipacks, double CDs, single CDs in slim cases, and where noted.
We ship all of our standard CDs with only the artwork and the CD unless you ask for a jewel case. if you ask for a jewel case, there is $1.00 charge for adding a Jewel box to a standard CD. This charge does not apply to items in digi-packs, double CDs or slimline CDs.

VINYL:
All of our records have been professionally cleaned and placed in protective (soft) PVC sleeves to prevent them from getting paper scuffs or shipping damage. Most of out records have been play-tested (listened to). If a record has NOT been play-tested, it is usually clear from the description.

Many 12" vinyl records include an original printed inner sleeve. These are not always indicated on the listing. If it is important to you, please ask before you buy.
Although we securely ship our vinyl outside of the sleeves to prevent seam splits, tears of this kind can't always be helped, it is simply a flaw in the packaging design. You should assume that any inner sleeves HAVE seam splits unless we indicate otherwise. Jackets may also have seam splits. We have found that even brand new items purchased from major sellers like Amazon often arrive here with seam splits before we even open the shrink wrap. We do our best to mention this in descriptions, but please ask first to avoid disappointment!

NEW RECORDS: If a record we are selling is SEALED, we do not open shrink wrapped records to ship the LP outside of the sleeve unless you ask us to. If you ask us to, you forfeit your right to return the LP. This is because we sell it as "new" but it is no longer new once we open it for you so we cannot restock it in the same condition if it returned. By proceeding you agree to this condition.
In the rare case that the record's outer sleeve has a major seam split, we usually describe the condition as VG+ and explain that there is a seam split in the description.

TAXES / CUSTOMS / DUTY

Buyer is solely responsible for shipping costs, as well any import duties or taxes that your country may charge.
In case of a problem, any shipping insurance claim will only pay out the amount declared, so please understand that we mark the actual value of the items on the customs form.

All items are shipped via ed airmail post (or via DHL), which is included in our shipping and handling prices. We do not ship uned.

Double CDs or slimline CDs are automatically shipped with jewel case unless you ask us not to. Digi-packs cannot be removed from the artwork.

If anything is marked "Make an offer" then any fair offer will be considered. If "Make and offer" is not part of the listing, then offers will likely be ignored as this is my best price. Don't ask me what my best price is please. My best price is generally what the item is listed for. As with most sellers, I'm not making huge amounts of profits on anything. If something is listed for a lot of money, I probably paid a lot for it to begin with.
We try to price our items as fairly as possible. Once a sale has been made, we will not renegotiate the price before shipping it. The time to do that is before you agree to the purchase. That's what "Make an Offer" is for! :)

If, for any reason, an item is returned to us by the postal service, the cost of the item can be refunded to you less a 10% restocking fee (if applicable) and any fees associated with the return shipping. (Yes, we get charged a return shipping fee when items are returned to us). The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you wish us to re-ship a returned item to you, additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Grading:
Our CDs and our vinyl have all been play-graded except when listed as MINT. Anything not play graded will say so in the description, though this is extremely rare.
In the case of vinyl, the record has been listened to all the way through by one of our staff, unless indicated in the description.
In the case of CDs, the CD has been scanned by a computer for read errors, as opposed to having been listened to by an actual human. All of our used CDs are then also visually graded as well.

All of our CDs will play properly (and can be ripped to MP3) unless very clearly noted. We do not sell CDs that don't play unless they are of a collectible nature, and this would be clearly stated in the description. :)

Some of our items have very small initials written discreetly on them. The initials are never on the front or back artwork or on the CD, and they are never on the CD booklet itself. The initials are always written where they cannot be seen without taking the packaging out of the jewel case (ie: on the blank side of the tray-backing artwork, where it would normally be hidden under the CD tray). We try to mention this in the listings themselves, but sometimes we didn't notice and so it hasn't been mentioned. If this is a potential issue for you, please ask us to visually inspect the item you are buying to confirm if there are initials on it or not.

Some of our CDs do not have the CD-tray backing art because the CD and booklet were stored in a CD wallet by the previous owner. If this is the case, we indicate it in the listings themselves, but sometimes we didn't notice, (extremely rarely) If this is a potential issue for you, please ask us to visually inspect the item you are buying to confirm if there are initials on it or not. Rest assured, this applies only to mass-produced pop music, not collectible items.

Please understand that it is the buyer's responsibility to read the item description. Any order cancelled because of reasons that are stated in the item description will receive negative .

Return Policy:
Please us before returning any items!

Returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer for any reason except in the case of the wrong item being shipped by the seller. Any and all return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer, and C.O.D.s will not be accepted.

If a vinyl record skips, please provide an MP3 of the affected area. Since our records have all been play-tested, you must understand that it did not skip on our system. We will offer a partial refund if you wish to keep the album, or we will refund the full amount if you return it. Return postage would be the responsibility of the buyer. If the item description mentioned that the record skips, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given. It is the buyers responsibility to read the item description.

No shipping costs will be refunded if an item is returned because the buyer changed their mind or ordered it by error. Any non-defective items being returned will have the original cost of the item refunded in full with the following understanding: (1) original shipping fees and return shipping fee are not refundable as explained above and (2) 10% re-stocking fee will be retained from the refund amount.

In the case of new and sealed CDs or DVDs, returns will not be accepted if the package is unsealed.

Back-order Policy:
We do not back order items. Only in-stock items are listed for sale.

Brokering service:
Since we are located in Asia, we would be more than happy to take a special order for you if there is something from Asia that you want such as a special edition of a Western artist or a regular edition by an Asian artist. We can easily acquire CDs by Japanese, Korean and Chinese artists. We can easily get Taiwanese editions (and sometimes Japanese editions) of American and European artists.

We can also easily acquire DVDs with Traditional Chinese Subtitles, but most of these would be region 3 (so make sure your DVD player can play them before ordering!).

We do charge a nominal fee for our brokering service, but nothing that will break the bank. If you request multiple items, we will hold them for you as they come in so that we can combine shipping for you, but there is minimal a fee for long term storage (over three weeks).
