● The shipment of the order will be made to the Discogs address of the buyer if not otherwise specified by the buyer.
● If you receive a damaged order, you shall and ask for a refund to the shipping company.
● In case of cancellation of your order AFTER payment BUT before its shipment, you will be refunded fully, but the PayPal fees will be kept
● I DO not accept returns if:
• you changed your mind on your purchase or you no longer need it.
• if you have bought the wrong item.
• if the shipment was delayed.
• if the product is damaged by shipment.
• if vinyl pressing quality (both cardboard and vinyl) does not meet your expectations. I am not responsible for that.
● I DO not refund the shipping costs of an eventual return.
● Keep in mind that the buyer has to pay customs taxes when purchasing outside EU (Switzerland and UK are not in EU)
● I DO not grade the CDs cases!
● I accept only PayPal as payment method, however I might do few exceptions, if I decide so.

I would like you to know that I try to be very accurate and conservative when I grade a record.
In case you would like to purchase several items in one order, please me first so that I could calculate a new and cheaper shipment.
After the receipt and confirmation of the payment, I will try to ship the package as soon as possible and to furnish you the track code (if the shipment has one), in the worst scenario, I will ship your order in maximal three working days.
Please keep in mind that I am not a store, but a regular person who enjoys trading / selling and buying. It might happen that I will be not suddenly available because of work, vacation or whatever. I will try anyway to reply you as soon as possible since I regularly check my emails.
