VAT / IMPORT DUTIES UPDATE (EUROPE, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA, U.K.):

To our customers in Europe, and other regions where VAT is paid on Discogs at checkout: your package will include the invoice, along with the required Discogs tax ID number (IOSS in Europe), that proves VAT was already paid at time of order placement, when applicable. We electronically submit the required VAT Tax ID number to ensure efficient clearance by customs. You SHOULD NOT be paying VAT a second time. Relevant tax regulations stipulate that VAT can only be imposed once on a given order, not twice. If you paid VAT for your order here on Discogs, and again, a second time when the package was delivered to you, we recommend ing the entity who imposed VAT a second time, and submit evidence (such as the invoice found in your Discogs order by clicking on the "Print" button on the order page).

78's/Shellac.
78s are always sent in an oversize box with 4 layers of cross laid card etc.

If my postage prices are too much I will refund any difference to you (once shipped), I always try and find the most economical and safest method of shipping and have based my prices on Royal Mail or DHL although will use various reputable couriers based on price. Generally anything over 2000g is cheaper with a courier. Like wise if I have way underestimated the shipping costs, this is likely to be for unusual items such as shellac discs or combinations of differing formats, I will you before sending, if I have slightly underestimated I will take the hit, otherwise you can either pay more or we can cancel the order.

The worldwide prices are based on shipping to USA, it may cost more to other area such as Australia, Japan etc. and I will let you know before shipping.
The European prices are based on shipping to , it may cost more to other areas.

Tracked prices are insured up to £50, if the sale is more again I may ask further payment or pay the difference myself.

I try and keep track on my stock but occasionally this goes wrong and I may have to cancel the order. Please bear with my.

I don't put a condition on jewel cases, unless they are unique to the item.

Any order sent out without tracked or signed, unfortunately are sent at the buyers risk. I always obtain a proof of posting and will do my best to obtain a refund and only reimburse when I get it, this will not include the postage though and just the cost of the item.

I put the actual sales cost on any customs forms and the buyer is liable for any duties and charges incurred.

Please note I re-use packaging where possible.

In the unlikely event an item reaches you and is damaged, I will require photographic evidence of the item and the packaging.
