It's your responsibility to make sure your Discogs postal address is correct BEFORE you place your order (and matches your PayPal address). We only ship to Discogs delivery addresses.

Please do not message us asking for photos of brand new, "MINT"-graded records, as we don't have time to take pictures of perfect, fresh-out-the-box LPs. We almost always have multiple copies of any given album in stock, so couldn't guarantee any pictures we sent would be of the same copy you'd recieve. If you want a more detailed description / photos of an older, pre-owned record, please send us a message and include your email address.

We cannot guarantee that any records we sell will play correctly on modern plastic / suitcase / all-in-one / budget / "toy" record players. These are generally not fit for purpose and damage your records.

Customers wishing to have records sent into the European Union will be liable for paying import duties / VAT twice; once to Discogs, and again to your domestic customs dept. Everyone working here voted against Brexit, but now we're stuck with it! We can't do anything about "double VAT" charges.

Relevant Records cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post; please select the "Signed For" option if you require insurance up to the value of £50 (or us before sending payment if you want your order insured above the value of £50).
