Sending records via post mail has some risk, if you want to sure that everything is going to be perfect your local store instead of buying records via Internet. I do the best myself packaging and numbering expedition but it for any reason record arrived broken or is missed please note that this thing could happening and that is not my fault. In case you would want to return a record, shipping cost runs from the buyer. I would look for a good solution in case of some problem happened.

I take care of update the stock as fast as possible anyway it might be possible that some record you ordered could be sold or exchanged at same time with other collector, it's very weird but not impossible. Please be understandable.

Enviar discos por correo postal tiene cierto riesgo, si quieres estar seguro de que todo va a salir perfecto, apoya a tu tienda local en lugar de comprar a través de Internet. Hago lo mejor que puedo para empaquetar y numerar la expedición, pero si por alguna razón el disco llegó roto o se perdió, ten en cuenta que esto podría suceder y que no es mi culpa. En caso de que desee hacer una devolución, los gastos de envío correrán a cargo del comprador. Siempre buscaré alguna solución en caso de que hubiera algún problema.
Me encargo de actualizar las existencias lo más rápido posible, de todos modos, pudiera darse el caso de que algún disco que hayas pedido se venda o intercambie al mismo tiempo con otro coleccionista, es muy extraño pero no imposible. Sea comprensible si un disco no fuera posible venderse, hasta ahora solo me ha pasado una vez.

Si no recibes el pedido en ESPAÑA en 15 días (laborales) y para pedidos Internacionales en 30 días (laborales) por favor ponte en o conmigo para poder hacer la reclamación del envío. No se podrá reclamar pasados 2 meses de la fecha de expedición.

En caso de devolución ante cualquier incidencia con un disco, fuerza mayor o disconformidad por parte del comprador, los gasto de devolución correrán siempre por parte del comprador.
