Buyer pays shipping. Shipping prices change often without prior notice by the post office so we strongly advise to us to confirm shipping cost before making the payment. Pay Pal charges a transaction fee which is not refunded in case of refund.

Shipping fees are provided for most countries however they must be confirmed as post makes changes without prior notice. There are some countries that we do not mail to. There are also some countries for which we do not accept Paypal and we must agree into an alternative payment method.

All packages are mailed First Priority & ed (you will sign to receive them) with thick packaging. Tracking number is provided so you can follow them until they leave our country. Then with the same tracking number you must follow them in your own country's post system. There are however some countries (like Australia) that do not provide a follow up for international packages once they our borders. Customers are responsible to their local post and learn specific post particularities.

In case your package does not arrive or arrives damaged we will assist you with locating it or receiving a refund but please note that we cannot be held able for post delays, damage or loss of goods. Shipping costs and responsibility are borne by the customer. We dispatch items to the post upon customer's request and on the customer's behalf and our store assumes no liability for any damage or loss that may result from the shipment of the products.

In case your package does not arrive you must make a search request in writing in your local post office using the tracking number. If the package is still not located we will also make a search request on your behalf but there is a specific time period that we must wait depending on the destination. The charge for the search request applied by the post office is 5,00 euros and is paid by the customer. They will either locate the package or make a refund. The procedure may last up to 3 months depending on the destination.

In case your package arrives damaged you must not accept it and ask that it will be returned to us. You must then complete a CN24 (this is international for damage report) at your local post and e-mail a copy of the application to us. We will also complete a CN24 in our post here. The post offices will search internally who is responsible for the damage and issue a partial refund. The procedure may take up to 3 months. Please note that if you accept the damaged item this must be returned to us at your own cost.

We try hard to grade items according to Discogs grading rules but even then opinions about condition may vary a little so we advise future buyers to ask for photos of the products they are interested in. Also because there are many different editions of one product with very small differences we encourage buyers to ask for photos and specific details such as the matrix, cover information etc. so they are sure that they buy the item they intend to. Internet shopping is not the same as being in the store so one must make sure they buy the product they intend to. We dispatch items to the post upon customer's request and on customer's behalf and our store assumes no liability for the shipment of the products. In case customers want to return the product this will be at their own cost and our store will refund the item but not the shipping cost. Returns are accepted 30 days after purchase.

Within Greece orders are sent by ELTA courier and /or BOX NOW. We do our best to pack orders as safely as possible. Shipping costs and responibility are borne by the customer. Our store assumes no liability for any damage that may result from the shipment of the products after we deliver them to the courier.
