Your purchases are very important to me! I use cardboard mailers and inside with outer corner protection on NON whiplash mailers or oversized bags unlimited mailers so the post office can’t dent in the corners of your sleeve. I will always pack your item to prevent damage due to poor packaging. My speaks for itself so please buy with confidence.

Tracking will be posted as soon as your item is shipped. I do NOT hand packages to the mail carrier as that adds another touch point which can cause loss or postal delays! I always bring your package to the post office and get the scan which helps prevent lost or delayed items. This is a very important step when shipping that most sellers do not follow these days.

***SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS*** Italy, Africa & South American countries and any orders over $100 will need to pay for Priority express with tracking which costs $69 for the first 12" lp. Each additional is $9. I apologize for this rate, however I have had way too many issues with overseas purchases that could not be tracked and must protect myself since I ALWAYS ship out any orders that I get. I am not responsible for post office loss for any international orders. I will always provide you with the customs # and save the receipt for proof of shipping. Thanks in advance.

Any items that get lost due to the postal service are NOT my responsibility and will NOT be refunded. If you are concerned then please ask for insurance rates. If you accept media mail in the USA then you are accepting that your item may get lost or damaged. Same goes for Canada and other countries. I am not responsible for lost items or damaged items due to postal mishandling.
I am not responsible for issues with sealed records once they are opened. There are rare occasions that a sealed item has a warped or damaged lp or even the wrong lp due to plant mix ups. I am not responsible for those issues for sealed items.

If you are unhappy with a purchase and I approve the return the BUYER is responsible for the return postage costs.

I have been shipping and receiving for years without incident so I know these issues are very rare but can happen so please be able to what you choose for shipping methods.
If you do not want to risk postal damage please ask me for insurance rates so I can insure your package against postal damage. USA buyers, please keep in mind that the postal service handles MEDIA mail poorly so if you would like to ensure the best handling then buying priority mail would be recommended.
If you live in PR or HI I recommend buying priority service as well. Some packages can take up to 3 weeks since you live off the coast :)

I have been selling records for many years on various sites and have a perfect record. I pack well and describe my records (most of which are from my personal collection) according to goldmine standards. Record grading can be very subjective so please keep that in mind if you have an issue. Always me first if you have an issue and I will do my best to satisfy You.
