If you are purchasing from Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands then please DO NOT pay when adding an item to your basket.
Discogs do not recognise these areas as non-mainland U.K. areas. Postage will be significantly more than listed.
nb: We can adjust the shipping accordingly for your area when an invoice is created but not paid.

Our regular posting days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and (occasionally) Saturday.

During certain periods - such as Christmas or postal strikes we cannot guarantee that the times we aim to deliver in will be met.

Note that for all large orders [within the U.K., European Union, Americas or the Rest of the World] over 6 items postage will be confirmed on an individual basis. The same applies for box set orders.

Please be aware that we cannot for or be responsible for any customs charges levied against your order - Please bear this in mind particularly as the U.K. is no longer part of the E.U.

We do not accept returns. If you want to see the condition of any item before purchasing then please us ([email protected]) for images of the item.

We package all our items thoroughly. We aim to ship all items within 1 to 5 working days of payment receipt. We generally use Royal Mail Tracked or other Tracked courier services for shipments however please note that this may differ from time to time. We pack all records as securely as possible to avoid movement during transit however as the records are shipped sealed (as most customers prefer this now) this may on a rare occasion cause issues with a split seam. If you want us to unseal your purchases before shipping then please let us know!

Note that as we are a physical shop [open Tuesday to Sunday] and we may on occasion have to physically check that your item is still in stock (although we do update our Discogs site on a daily basis).

If the item you have ordered is no longer in the shop then we will of course have to cancel the order. Please do not give a negative review if this is the case - as we’re just a small independent record shop trying to do our best - we’re not 'Amazon' or any other multi-national, so please bear this in mind!!
