This is a private sale and lost shippings have to be claimed by the buyer at their local postal/parcel service!

GENERAL AND CONDITIONS

>> Shipping costs have to be paid by the purchaser. Basically all my shippings are ed/tracked and insured up to 50 EUR in total for small parcels (including shipping costs) and up to 500 EUR for usual parcels with 5kg or more (500 EUR inside of for all shippings). Shippings are operated by Deutsche Post / DHL respectively their local postal or parcel service partner at your country. Please ask for /express shipping or an upgrade of the insurance to 500 EUR. See below for detailed information about sizes and insurance.

For countries outside of I also could ship your order as a "ed letter" (instead of a small parcel, only on enquiry before your payment!) with tracking code and lower costs on your own risk. Actually only documents (paper sheets) are allowed at a "ed letter", which means that my local postal service could reject it after posting (then you have to bear the expenses) AND actually there will be no customs declaration at the outside or inside of the protection bag, which means that your local customs could assert any claim. Additionally the insurance is lower compared to a small parcel (~ 34.- EUR in total). Just me, if there are any questions left. Thank you! <<

The automated shipping policies are graduated based on the number of items and size/weight. There are four stages:
Small Parcel XS -> Small Parcel M -> Parcel 5 kg -> Parcel 10 kg (= flat rate). This is a private sale.

>> Small Parcel XS
- Has space for up to four jewel cases or e.g. up to three jewel cases and two j-card cases. Switches automatically to 'Small Parcel M', if your order needs more space.
- Is tracked and insured up to 50 EUR in total (value of the items and shipping costs). Please ask me for a billable 'Parcel 5 kg', if you want to expand the insurance to up to 500 EUR in total. There will be NO AUTOMATIC UPGRADE, if the value of your items is higher than 50 EUR!!! Costs for the upgrade are 7 EUR (inside of the EU) or 14 EUR up to 34.50 EUR (outside of the EU, costs depending on your country).

>> Small Parcel M
- Suitable for up to twelve jewel cases or e.g. up to ten jewel cases and four j-card cases. Switches automatically to 'Parcel 5 kg', if your order has a weight of more than 2 kg.
- Is tracked and insured up to 50 EUR in total (value of the items and shipping costs). Please ask me for a billable 'Parcel 5 kg', if you want to expand the insurance to up to 500 EUR in total. There will be NO AUTOMATIC UPGRADE, if the value of your items is higher than 50 EUR!!! Costs for the upgrade are 3 EUR (inside of the EU) or 10 EUR up to 27 EUR (outside of the EU, costs depending on your country).

>> Parcel 5 kg
- Suitable for up to 30 jewel cases or e.g. up to 25 jewel cases and 10 j-card cases. Switches automatically to 'Parcel 10 kg', if your order has a weight of more than 5 kg.
- Is tracked and insured up to 500 EUR in total (value of the items and shipping costs).

- Flat rate for orders with more than 5 kg.
