Shipping insurance is recommend for ALL orders, this additional service is added only upon request and bears an additional cost. Although we've had very few instances of packages being lost or damaged in transit, it can happen and if you do not request we add insurance to your package there is nothing we can do for you if anything unfortunate happens to your package in transit. We will not be responsible, nor refund, for lost overseas packages. Any packages that get returned to us as unclaimed by the recipient will need to be re-shipped at the buyers expense. We are not responsible for any customs charges that are incurred by the post office or customs office of the buyer. Please note that airmail usually takes 10-14 days but can sometimes take longer. For any multi piece order we are amendable to working with you to get best shipping prices for expedited shipping or first class international and can add additional services you may require (tracking, insurance, etc.) please us if you want to have us price out larger orders or international orders we will work with you to identify best and most cost effective solutions.

We primarily ship orders to customers in the USA, for orders to other countries please us to discuss, we will offer best possible rate, rates have risen rapidly recently and thus we feel it's best to discuss case by case.

SHIPPING & GRADING POLICIES - PLEASE READ!

INTERNATIONAL (Non-US) CUSTOMERS:
If you choose USPS First Class Package International service for your order please understand that your package can only be tracked up until the point that it leaves the United States postal system. For this reason we advise you to either choose insurance for your First Class Package (to protect against non-delivery) or choose a trackable service (Priority Mail or Express Mail International). While these services are much more expensive than First Class Package International they give you the peace of mind knowing your package can be tracked.

In over 8 years of shipping international packages we see very few that never arrive at their destination. Possible causes for non-delivery when it does occur are 1) postal strikes in your home country, 2) customs inspection or holds, 3) incorrect address provided by the buyer (in some cases it has taken 6+ months for packages to be returned to us because of this), and of course 4) the possibility of theft.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS:
We will update your order with the total shipping amount, when your payment has been received, and when the item ships, including the USPS label number or tracking number.

GRADING:
We visually grade all of our inventory using a bright professional photography light. From time to time a physical defect may evade our detection or a mistake might be made in our grading. Let us know immediately if you have an issue with our grading and we'll work with you to make it right.

RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted in cases where we have sent the incorrect record. In order to be eligible for a refund we ask that returned items come back to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally shipped. For example, a sealed record must be returned sealed in order for a refund to be issued. We will pay return shipping costs if the wrong record was sent.
