Due to my current working situation, I'm not always able to post items during the week and usually send in batches on Saturdays. If you need anything sent urgently, please advise and I'll see what I can do. Please also advise me if you want anything sent using a tracked / signed-for service (this is compulsory for items over a value of £40).

If you place an order, pay for it - and then change your mind and want a refund, please understand that I don't get back the Paypal fee that I'm charged on the transaction as they keep it regardless. It's very annoying so please don't do it and be sure you definitely want the item before paying.

On some of my listings of vintage analogue media (cassette/video tapes) I offer a free digital copy as well. These are captured directly from the item for sale, are a one-off and will *only* be provided to buyers of said item so they can play it on modern equipment - this will be sent online once the item has safely arrived (or, if you want it included on a CDr or DVDr, let me know). I do not sell digital-only media via this site as it's illegal so please do not ask me to. Also, please don't ask me to send you the files before receiving as I've had scammers I've done this for, who then promptly cancelled their order as they never wanted the physical media in the first place, or claimed they never actually received the physical item...

Also, regarding vintage analogue video tapes, please be aware that most of the ones I sell are in PAL format and will only therefore only work on equipment designed to play them. If you're in a country (such as the United States) that plays other formats such as NTSC, be advised the tapes will not work properly unless you have special equipment that will convert it. As detailed above, I'm happy to provide a working digital copy once the tape arrives safely if this is a problem.

Double CDs count as two items. Old-style "fatbox" CDs cost a little more as their thickness means they have to be posted as a "Small Parcel", i.e. like an LP, video, etc. I'm happy to remove jewel cases to keep costs down, let me know if you'd like me to do so and I'll re-quote.

CDs that cost £1 or less and come in a jewel case that weighs over 100g will be sent without the case. I end up making a loss otherwise. I will message buyer before though asking if they wish to pay the cost to include the case too (there's absolutely no obligation to do so though, infact I'd prefer to just ship without it and keep the case).

I'm happy to reduce postage for multiple items if requested. Please me *before* paying so I can do a new quote if possible. Please do not place an order and then start haggling over postage costs after you receive it - it's extremely poor etiquette.

Please ask if you want additional insurance/tracking - it's £1.50 extra for UK Recorded Delivery, approx £5 extra for International Signed For Delivery.

Please note, it can sometimes take several months for parcels to travel from the UK to Central / South America and, sadly, it's now a condition of mine that all items *must* be sent by a tracked method. I'm sorry to have to do this but far too much has gone missing before.

Please note: My CD/cassette sleeve gradings refer to the actual inlays/trays. As per the Discogs guidelines, jewel/cassette cases are not graded as these can be replaced but they are always in good condition when dispatched. I cannot be held responsible if they get broken in the post by a clumsy postal service so please don't get shirty with me about a case that is easily replaceable, or leave me neutral/negative about it. If there's a case that has a sticker or other specialised design and cannot be replaced so easily, this will be noted in the description and extra care will be taken when packing it.
