Any free shipping offers are sent without jewel cases where the cases are normal and un-customised. Special cases and/or stickered cases are sent normally.

Orders paid via Paypal which are subsequently cancelled by the seller will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled by the buyer will be refunded minus the applicable Paypal fees. A minimum istrative fee of €5 will be applied to cancellations made by the buyer after payment has been completed.
