Nel qual caso necessita sempre comunicazione tramite mail di Discogs.com che deve avvenire massimo entro 3 giorni dal ricevimento del o audio. Vista la storia di esperienze precedenti, il disco/cassetta sarà controllato prima di emettere rimborso.

If you order and then ask to cancel it (and this happens often), negative will be issued (more attention and respect is needed). If your order is not paid within 4 days, it will be canceled and automatically negative will be given.

GUARANTEE: I communicate that although they are used records / cassettes with decades of life behind them, if for some reason you feel you are not satisfied, I accept returns with return shipping costs to be paid by the buyer.
In which case it always needs to be communicated via email to the of Discogs.com which must take place within 3 days of receipt of the audio . Given the history of previous experiences, the records / cassette will be checked before issuing a refund.

SHIPPING
All shipments are made on Monday before noon CET [Central European Time] in order to give the customer the fastest possible delivery time. Most of our records have been stored for more than 20 years. So, the condition of the items are checked again before to send the invoice. When the buyer is notified of any discrepancies or any substantial difference with what had previously been described on Discogs, buyer has the right to: (1) cancel the order, (2) ask for a further discount or (3) agree to purchase in the condition as notified with no changes.
All records are carefully kept in white envelopes outside of their original sleeves. Sometimes records are also washed. All shipments are packed in secure cardboard boxes with care. Buyer's shipping label is protected with transparent tape on the box.

OUR GRADING
We use the goldmine standards for grading items (with only one exception: Very Good Plus Plus = VG++). Mint / Near Mint / VG ++ / VG+ / VG. (very often the items are graded conservatively).
"Mint" (M) are all records or CDs that are factory sealed by the manufacturer and have never been played before or they seem never played.
"Near Mint" (NM) are all records or CDs that seem "almost perfect", may be used only once or twice with minimal signs that are absolutely irrelevant to the quality of the product.
"Very Good Plus Plus" (VG++) are records or CDs that can not be considered NM, but which are rated as upper quality to the gradation VG+ (slight difference, but it is substantial).
The term "Excellent" is not used for grading, but rather as an attribute (is equivalent to VG++).
