My favourite Sparks album ! I got given this for my birthday back in 1975 ! To say I was overjoyed would be an overstatement! It was the first album I owned that had a glossy, gatefold sleeve - in itself, an exciting event !
As much as I love the 4 albums before Indiscreet, I will never tire of Happy Hunting Ground, Get In The Swing, Tits, It Ain’t 1918, and Looks, Looks, Looks. As well as all the other songs.
This CD sounds great. According to the Dynamic Range database it has a healthy DR of 12/13. The extra tracks are kinda superfluous but I highly recommend this for the album itself.
Then go backwards, then buy A Steady Drip, and The Girl Is Crying
