This release appears to be leftover / dead stock of the 2000 reissue (discogs entry 6793330) as identified by the "20 years" label on the B-side. Due to the nature of this release, it consists of the 12" only. There is no flexi included.
LP Side 1 listed as 'SIDE 1 (THIS SIDE)'; Side 2 listed as 'SIDE 2 (THAT SIDE)'. SIDE 1 (THIS SIDE) lists all tracks sequentially from 1 to 15. SIDE 2 (THAT SIDE) has a silver bat logo over a maroon background with a banner that reads, "Celebrating 20 Years Of Cultural Terrorism". *Note: SIDE 2 (THAT SIDE) does not display "VIRUS 57" as many of the other releases do.

"In early 2016 two boxes of Dead Kennedys In God We Trust Inc. 1981 uncirculated original press records with no covers were discovered in a storage locker in Los Angeles CA. As a life long fan of the Dead Kennedys I felt it was my duty to do something special and resurrect these long lost relics to celebrate the 35th anniversary of its release. Naturally I reached out to a good friend and fellow DK fan to help create and print a special custom cover for these. Here we present a one time only strickly limited run of 116 original press vinyl housed in a fan made custom hand screened and numbered jacket with a custom insert. All copies have been cleaned, play tested and resleeved in fresh poly inner sleeves. We present to you:
