Some of the idioms on here that seem like played-out cliches over the next decade were getting their first test drives. That orchestra hit sample became inescapable after these guys worked on the 90125 album and spawned legions of imitators. I feel like this EP lets the tech outshine the artistry too much. But the craft is impeccable.

Edited 13 years agoWhen I bought this EP new, it was packaged in a plain white sleeve with a center label window cutout. Has anyone else seen this EP release packaging? I know for a fact that I didn't change the sleeve. Thanks.
