On the standard UK copy on the label 'Side 2' there appears to be black shiny ink stamp across 3 rows: 'Boots The Chemist Ltd', 'Branch No 23' and the 3rd row could be an address but not readable. Having bought this in the year of release I don't that Boots sold vinyl... that is they didn't sell vinyl. Any thoughts / comments?

The sleeve is designed to mimic a well-worn original old soul sleeve, thus the ring wear image on front and back. In addition, the sides A & B have been reversed to mimic a misprint. By the way the UK version is the ONLY Version with the good low end! All other versions have no low end to speak of. Cheers Robert -
Side one actually begins with Love for tender... and side 2 with I can't stand up for falling down....
The paper labels on the record confirm this as do the CD reissues.
