Dynamics are a bit challenged on this pressing. I got it to sound better (up to 4.5 stars from 3) with some high and low frequency EQ help as this is very midrange strong sounding. I have the CD and it sounding amazing, might be the way to go and avoid this rather mundane pressing. Solid album though, as it’s one of my favorite Erasure albums from start to finish. -
I have to agree with the comments below. This sounds amazing! The warmth of Vince Clark's analogue synths sound perfect on vinyl, highlighting the detail of every single bloop and beep in the mix. My pressing is perfectly flat and silent, making this one of the best records I own.

Sound quality is indeed excellent on this re-release (unlike The Innocents for example), but it has waaaay too many pops and clicks so definitely needs a cleaning before enjoying it. -
Dear lord this is a high quality release! Are all Erasure vinyl reissues this good!? Nice, heavyweight vinyl, absolutely perfect sound, and a large, beautiful booklet as well!
