Out of all the Panic! At The Disco albums, this one is by far my favorite because almost every song is a hit with only two being songs I dislike. If you've never heard any of their music before, I recommend starting with this album

Which issue sounds the best? I dont know what i should really look for because there isnt a big variety of reviews.

This is my favorite album i know all the tracks by heart even though it is getting closer to the pop industry this album is showing that they are drifting away from the emo culture like most of their fanbase that started listening to the band panic at the disco when they were young emos s my self! I personaly was a emo back in the day and i still listen to emo music to this day! But this album shows how much WE have grown as a community!
