Mastered by Tony Dawsey, this pressing sounds fantastic. Massive dynamic range with pummeling bass.
Sure, it doesn't have a proper cover, but it's a top-tier pressing. -

'Sound Of Da Police' quite rightfully blew up massive- but also caused me to shelve this at the time, in favour of lesser exploited goodies. Listening back right now (after pulling it out the loft) there's some choice cuts on offer from Premier, Kid Capri (Stop Frontin'- choice cut) & Showbiz. KRS also mixes several tracks, to great effect, a reminder of his additional talents beyond the vocals. Perhaps not the most crucial KRS/BDP related project- but in its own right, housing some golden nuggets & definitely one for the collection.
