Why is Shep Pettibone not credited on this release? The mixes on this release are identical to the UK single even though they changed the names of mixes.

Edited one year agoCrisp, clean, detailed, and open sounding, WOW!! Such a shame that “Substance 2023” wasn't made the same, instead was brickwalled to death.
I’ll be picking up as many of these 1980's (before compression was widely used) singles or remixes on vinyl as I can because they are the best I’ve ever heard these songs, followed closely by the 1987 CD which is a very close second. -
My copy has flower symbol and SH1 not SR-1 on both runout grooves so there are other variations circulating.

This is probably their most popular track. I think this along with Bizarre Love Triangle & of course Blue Monday are their best tracks. The B2 track (1963) is very good in itself.
