I just can't begin to enjoy the vocal works, mostly because it doesn't seem like there's any space for the singers to enjoy what they're doing. But some of the instrumental pieces bring a lot of atmosphere to bear. Side 8, which includes the Art of the Fugue arrangement, is beautiful in an unearthly way.
