At least the track times errors have been removed from this. I own the Stan Ricker double from 2007 and that sounds amazing.
The original U-Matic master was found recently and used for the Abbey Road 1/2 Speed pressing. -
Superb reissue. Sounds wide and open, and surprisingly not thin or harsh, for a digital recording from the 80's. Pressing is good but as with all current reissue, a preemptive cleaning is recommended.
I give it four stars just because I don't like electronic drums and the sound of the 80's in general: the music and the recording are truly fantastic. -
I have this version and it mostly sounds really good. It is no MOFI issue but for the price I think it is all round fairly good...

GZ and MPO are both capable of pressing physically high quality records but more often than not do have some quality control problems.
Many people complain about some GZ and MPO pressings but I find the majority of mine have no issues. VMP mostly use GZ for there pressings and they are mostly very good re issues. -
I got a remastered CD (1996) today so I wonder if this album is re-remastered version. My player shows 55:17 which is close to the length mentioned in the notes. Any ideas?

Amazing sounding 2xLP set, so fidelious, spacious, alive & in-the-room it's ridiculous. And the bass is so deep & articulate it beggars description. Great mastering, cutting & pressing at a bargain price IMHO.

Had to return my copy, because it was very very warped (arm jumping almost of the record), of centre and very dirty with lot's of dust and debris on the surface. The second one was somewhat acceptable, still a bit warped though. The sound is good.
