Edited 2 months ago"Freestyle Noize" is something of a big beat tribute to Public Enemy, with Chuck D and Flavor Flav providing several different vocals: the eponymous "FSUK" mix. (7)
"Breaker Beats" is a blistering big beat remix of The Winstons' 1969 Two, Three, Break!" count-ins. Can be heard on DJ Touché's excellent BBC Radio Breezeblock mix. (7) -
In the notes above where is says that' Breaker Beats' uses samples from 'Amen Brother'....actually it doesn't. That tune samples heavily from 'The Incredable Bongo Band' 'Apachie'. I don't believe there is any Amen in there at all in fact.
