Teitanblood did not leave anyone indifferent with its work with the laconic title "Death".

The peculiarity of Tetianblood is that they have an over-attacking way of music, behind the wall of sound of which curious and pleasant things are hidden. Teitanblood should be listened to with involvement and maximum attention - only then concept will open up. That Death, that other work of the band is not intended for "fast " listening, jumping between tracks in search of a memorable melody or chorus. There is a completely different essence here. These guys are good because they pay a lot of attention not only to the content, but also to the form. Teitanblood reach the edges of madness due to thoughtful studio work, behind all these heart-rending rough walls of sound there are long hours in front of the monitor in the studio. Each album is an artistic work that is long in time and heavy in of the totality of impressions, for immersion in which you need to have a mood, an aspiration and a kind of aesthetic taste. All these frightening, ugly, grotesque musical forms, transitions from a noisy high-speed attack to smooth meditative ambient inserts and back to the transcendent facets of violent insanity are the unique style of the band. A method and a way to achieve new extreme facets in music as in art.

This album, in comparison with its predecessor "Seven Chalices" and the successor "The Baneful Choir", contains a little more ordered elements from the usual Death Metal in intense fragments. But this does not make the work worse in my eyes, because it is at such moments that you can emerge from the boiling maelstrom of demonic harmonies and take a breath, which, you will agree, with a 70-minute timekeeping will not be superfluous. "Death" is an excellent album in all respects, not intended for a superficial audience and fans of rock-metal fast food.

The edition from NoEvDia is made quite simply, two vinyls and an insert are enclosed in one envelope at once. Again, compared to the other two releases, it would be interesting to see some extended artwork for this record. But in any case, this is a completed work, in which there is no place for unnecessary and random things. The sound from both vinyls sufficiently reveals the ideas of this music - the sound is very deep and surround. When playing both vinyls, no interference was noticed - perhaps some noises were simply perceived as an element of the sound design.

It doesn't get any more barbaric than this. . .
