Edited 2 years agoFantastic live album, songs sound (mostly) as good as the studio versions, a superb recording. Someone below beat me to the comment of 'one of the best live albums ever', it really is that good. Didn't get to this gig, but this album made me want to go to see a band at The Albert Hall, a feat I have managed a few times now. A very special place and an utterly spellbinding performance by a band at their peak.

Easily one of the best live albums ever issued in the history of rock music with the band at the top of their game. As for the sound quality, it's as good as it can get. Faults ? Well i personally would have preffered a recording when J. McGeoch was still in the band as Smith is a great guitarist but not as good as the scottsman was. Still he delivers the goods especially on Paradise Plase and Painted bird.
