The Heavenly Star original sounds MUCH better than the Tyson 12" (I bought the latter as a backup, wish I hadn't bothered). Clearer mix, punchier bass, if you're a Patrick Adams addict like me track down an original.

Edited 2 years agoI found a copy of this in an old collection being thrown out. Had no idea it was so rare or sought after. -
among the polemics of what is a true original or not, it's just a great song. NY disco at his best. -
Edited 10 years agoLater released on NY based Tyson records, said to be a 90's pressing. Heavenly Star is the original, however actual dates are not listed on either. Edan the DJ looped a break from this track for use on his "Echo Party" mix.
