I think this is a good sounding and well mastered pressing. Very crankable and doesn’t distort. The louder it sounds the better it gets. I had the MoFi but this sounds better to my ears, it just has more snap and attack. The MoFi was nice but it’s like the edges are rounded off.

I don' t know if it' my copy, but this press for me doesen't give justice to this great album.
The sound it's not balanced well, the guitars sounds " rear" in the mix, simply I don't like much.
Let me know what you think of this.
Sorry for my english. -
Fairly quite and flat pressing. to me it’s mastered kinda subdued and not hot like a lot of heavy metal. Just crank it up a little bit more though “and you got another thing coming” lol

Edited 8 years agoFAST CARS AND white collar vengeance - that's what '82 boiled down to for me. Sunburnt gods crui & down the boulevard in a brand new lame ass four cylinder '82 camaro - windows down - ogling young local Hampton Beach girls in bandana tops cranking "Screaming For Vengeance," was a fever no one could deny. A pivotal record in the life of one mad son and a guy gone crazy in the haze of alcohol, pills and sweet, sweet mary jane. Sold the car (with the hard rubber spare on the back axle to a numb nutted kid fresh outta high school) less than a year later - ed the army - married (and divorced) the girl of my nightmares; but this album has always remained a pain and pleasure for me to this very day. Rock on Judas Priest - you've got another thing coming if you think I'll ever forget this pure gold heavy rock, hard metal...
