Four singles were plucked from PRESS TO PLAY - "Stranglehold", "Only Love Remains", "Angry" and "Press" - and they're the best songs here. "Talk More Talk" and "Pretty Little Head" are at the opposite end of the spectrum. It makes for an interesting but uneven album. Hugh Padgham's production hasn't always aged very well, but this pressing sounds very good, with solid range from top to bottom and a bright, punchy soundstage. I'm not sure if my copy had ever been played before, it looks minty and plays flawlessly. -
I am getting excellent dynamics and really sharp defined sound, very surprised at the sound quality of this
