I have the 2001 edition which I understand is the same sound as this one, despite the wonders that people talk about this edition I find it compressed, in the background noise you can appreciate it more, is it my opinion or has someone else thought the same? After a while there are certain trumpets that begin to exhaust the ear... -
Edited 2 years agoIs this mono or stereo? My instinct tells me stereo. I wasn't certain as the front uses the mono cover art.

Probably undistinguishable from this version . The 2001 release can still have the yellow sticker, it also says (c) 1997. CD print looks the same as well. -
One of best sounding CD in my collection, i own several copies of this album none of them can be compared to this edition.
Absolute must have! -
This CD version sounds absolutely fantastic. Super clear, transparent, dynamic sound. I've heard later remastered vinyl editions and HD Tracks 24/96 resolution versions, and none of them can match this by far. Superior!
