does anybody have any ideas when the bonus racks have been recorded? Times To Kill and State Of You were demos recorded for lights, Killing All Movement, Day That You Go, Children They Feed and Neatly Folded Bsides of controlling crowds

I almost missed the release and the not-so-large press run in the end (how many copies exist?). Luckily, Dussmann in still had a small remainder at a fair price. None of my local record stores could deliver the box anymore...
