Recently acquired a copy of this in great condition, and I think it sounds awesome. Having owned the CD since release, I'm not sure I'd really be able to tell a difference in the sound quality.

This mix is rather bass-heavy and fuzzy, which creates a kind of unique tone on the gliding trebley guitar lines like the ones on "Give me Novacaine". Really noisey and gritty, also the B-side is audible playing in reverse when the A-side ends if you don't fast-forward to the flip.
Pretty shoddily produced, but I like having the album on tape.
